A meeting with Lone Star Analysis (LSA) should be planned for this week via a WhatsApp poll and then checking with LSA’s availability.
During this meeting, we’ll explain our progress (a long-list of competitors with initial research and a long-list of possible research questions that we could answer with the final report/presentation) as per the Enterprise Project Briefing.
Group meetings should be at least once a week with as many people as possible, but subgroups don’t have to meet - they just serve to focus member research.
Organise the research document to be in a concise readable manner such that it can be explained during the LSA meeting.
